How To Update Password On iPhone/iPad

From Main Screen Choose Settings
Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendar.
Under Account choose Mintz Levin(that is your email account)




On the next screen choose account and that is your email address




Now move down to your password and backspace clear the existing password and type new one.



Now go to your home screen to check your email.

HOW TO VIEW EMAIL SUB-FOLDERS ON iPHONE/iPAD

From Main Screen Choose Settings:



Select Mail, Contacts, Exchange Account and select MINTZ Account.



Select Mail Folders To Push. Your Inbox will have a tick next to it, indicating the contents of this folder being pushed to your device.
Select the Sub- Folder you want to view from your device. A thick appears on the right of the Sub-Folder to indicate it is being pushed to your Phone.




Go Back to MINTZ LEVIN and Select DONE.

IPAD - HOW TO ADD INTERNATIONAL ROAMING

If you are currently using 3G in addition to WiFi, follow the following instructions to add an International Roaming:

From settings, choose Cellular Data



Choose View Account



Login using your email and password( this is account accesses email and password that you setup, eg AT&T)


See mine as an example


Choose International Plan


Choose the plan that you want


You can also adjust the date you plan to use the data plan


Then choose next, and follow the next screen to accept the settings.

How To Add Exchange Email on iPhone/iPad


From Main Screen Choose Settings

Choose Mail, Contacts, and Calendars, and Add Accounts

Choose Microsoft Exchang

Fill the blank with your email account and Press SAVE.
see screen below:


In a few minutes you will be asked for a server name(Greyed out screen)
type mintzmail.mintz.com(you can ask your email provider)and press NEXT


In a few minutes you will see the next screen:

Press save and you are all set.
Go back to home screen and press on your email menu to read, and
Here you will asked to create a password for your screen. Please do that and confirm the password again.
If there is a problem, call our Helpdesk.

Download Citrix Receiver from App store.


Choose Add Account




On the following screen: Type https:// your remote server(ask your provider) and press SAVE









On the following screen: type your work User Name
Password: your password
Domain: ask you email provider(lower case)




If all information is entered properly, you will see the following in a few seconds. Select or press the Outlook



Outlook is starting up.



In a few seconds you will see you emails, as well as the menu to use Keyboard, and etc..
